All of Copley Group Nantucket’s 12 vacation homes are owned by us. Our team has strategically built out our portfolio of properties in Town, Surfside, Brant Point, and Monomoy based on our knowledge and experience on the island. Our luxury rental homes have been renovated with top-of-the-line furnishings and chic, modern decor, designed in partnership with Joseph Olsen Interiors. Because we own all of our homes, they are all designed with the traveler in mind. You’ll get the benefits of a boutique hotel with the space and comfort of vacation living.
We’ve been coming to Nantucket as a family for years, and we’re honored to be your host while you’re here. The Copley Group Nantucket Team
The Copley Group Nantucket is a true family business owned by the Levensons. Norman Levenson has been visiting Nantucket for decades, and made it a family tradition with his wife Sondra and children Ben and Arielle, who have been spending summers on Nantucket their whole lives. Norman is the President and CEO of The Copley Group, Sondra assists in designing the interiors of each home, Ben is the Director of Operations, and Arielle is the Director of Marketing.
Susan Lazarus has been The Copley Group Nantucket's Property Manager since 2016, and has lived on Nantucket for 30 years. Susan takes care of our 14 luxury Nantucket rentals and works directly with Copley Group’s guests. She has strong ties with local businesses on the island and is happy to offer advice, suggestions, and recommendations.
The Levensons’ Perfect Day on Nantucket
Our ideal day starts with walking into town and grabbing coffee and the paper on Main Street. We love to spend the afternoon at Fisherman’s Beach, sometimes followed by a cocktail at Cisco Brewery. Catching the sunset at Galley Beach, or grabbing dinner at one of the amazing casual or fine dining restaurants is a perfect way to end the day. Don’t think we forgot about The Juice Bar! We love to get ice cream at around lunchtime to beat the lines.
